Job description:1) Set-up & maintain In-Process Quality Control(IPQC) & Outgoing Quality Control(OQC).2) Verify & validate processes / equipment set-up & changes.3) Manage a group of QC inspectors.4) Responsible to train & certify QC inspectors.5) Participate in defect / failure & yield loss analysis with the production team. Lead in the Corrective Action Report (CAR).The candidate:1) Degree in Mechanical / Material Engineering with major in Quality Assurance.2) Min 2 years experience in similar capacity.3) Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.4) Knowledge of metrology. Able to interpret ANSI Y14.5M.5) Knowledge of 6 sigma methodologies.
