岗位要求:
Job Description:1. Improve / develop processes to reduce scrap, improve yield & customer satisfaction in line with Department objectives2. Participate / Drive cross functional team to resolve critical problems thru problem analysis & design of experiments & oversee implementation of solutions3. Maintain & expand knowledge base4. Coordinate & work closely with Program Management to achieve timely NPI5. Project management to meet project deliverables of schedule, achievement of quality/yield goals & budget6. To drive total quality culture eg process capability studies, SPC & to establish SOPs for NPI, Yield & other KPIs Measurement & Problem Resolution7. Raise engineering competency thru guidance & training of Engineers/EAs/Techs in the company's processes8. To provide technical leadership to guide Engineers/EAs/Techs to effectively carry out their tasks in development, NPI, HVM & CIP stages9. To be part of Supplier Management teamThe Candidate:1) 5-7 years related working experience, bachelor degree or above, engineering machinery, mold manufacturing and other related professional;2) Precision machinery parts processing technology in injection molding, and the related knowledge;3) Careful and meticulous work, a strong sense of responsibility, the thought is agile, have good communication skills and strong team spirit;4) Good command of spoken and written English
